Available for Adoption! Meet Manchitas! Manchitas was rescued from the streets of Mexico, emaciated, frightened, and in truly heartbreaking condition. Despite everything she has been through, she is resilient, forgiving, and full of love. She reminds us every day of the incredible capacity dogs have to live in the moment and embrace life anew. Manchitas is social, easygoing, gentle, and kind. She is well-mannered, well-behaved, affectionate, and makes friends everywhere she goes. She is a true cuddle bug—loyal and devoted to her family. She is currently being treated for Ehrlichiosis (Tick Fever,(not contagious to humans or other animals). The treatment is a 28-day course of doxycycline, and no further treatment is expected once it is completed. She has about two weeks remaining, and her medication will go home with her. Manchitas is: Crate trained, Potty trained, Leash trained, Great with kids & all dogs. She is likely to do well with cats with a proper introduction Manchitas is affectionate, loyal, gentle, and loving. After everything she has survived, Manchitas deserves a family who will show her just how wonderful life can be. Could you be her forever home? She has had 2 vet visits, is spayed, Microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and a 1 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food.
