Meet Indie! Indie is about 10 months old and 35 pounds of personality and love! She might be a little shy when she first meets you…for about two minutes! Once she decides you’re a friend, she is ALL in. Her excitement shows just when her people walk into the room and she loves being close.Indie would thrive with an adopter who understands her high energy needs. Are you adventerous? Indie is your girl! She loves walks, running around a fenced yard, and playing with fellow canine friends. She’s does great with children and always happy to be part of whatever her human foster siblings are doing.Indie has that wonderful "off switch" once she’s gotten her energy out. She loves curling up and snuggling with her family and at bedtime she sleeps in her crate and soundly through the night.She’s also a smart little girl! She knows “sit” on command, comes when you call her, and is working on “lay down.”Indie is crate trained, potty trained, affectionate, and attentive to what’s happening around her. She’s also happy to alert to anything interesting going on. Indie really enjoys her food and because of that, she is not a fan of sharing. Her new family should understand her preference for giving Indie her space away from other dogs while eating or having high-value treats.Indie has been patiently waiting for her forever home and would love to meet YOU!
