Meet Otis, a new arrival to CTDR. This little guy has moved around the last few weeks going from home to home but is now safe with CTDR and we are working hard to find him his forever home. Otis is a year old and is a beautiful gray and Black dapple boy weighing almost 14.00 lbs. He is up to date on all of his vetting including being neutered and microchipped.
