Hi, I'm Casper. I'm looking for a very special home that understands my needs. I have Cerebellar Hypoplasia, aka "wobbly cat syndrome". It doesn't hurt me, and I don't know that I'm different. I cannot go into a home with stairs, and I must stay a strictly indoor cat (unless taken out on a secured leash/harness). Adopters must also be okay with the fact that potty accidents are to be expected, due to me being wobbly. I'm an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loving boy. I love snuggles, playing with toys, and and such a lap cat. I was at the shelter as a kitten, but recently returned due to no fault of my own. If you're ready to open your home to me, come meet me!
