Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION:  Dagmar is a male Heeler, nine-years old, around 40 lbs.  Surrendered by an owner who could no longer care for him the other two dogs that came with him.  He is a sweet & sassy boy, will talk back to you when you talk to him, and will bark back if you howl with him.  BIG fan of belly rubs & booty scratches.  Sadly heartworm positive so we have started him on the pre-treatment protocol.   DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more.  (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
