Dorothy - Female DOB 3/1/2026 Domestic Short Hair - White with Gray Spots Meet sisters Dana and Dorothy "Dot" - these 2 bonded sisters have been through a lot together.  They were rescued down south under a tree stump in a ditch, but Dot has settled in quite well so far with people and other cats. Dot is the more adventurous one and will be the first to explore her total surroundings, while sister Dana is a little more reserved and will take her longer to settle in. Once they become comfortable, be prepared for them to climb all over you and cover you with smooches. The are both very sweet and loving and love to play. They both like to climb - Dot especially enjoys hanging out higher up - so having a cat tree for them would be a definite plus.  They are big fans of playing with crinkle toys, plastic springs, and wand toys.   They both are ok with other cats but Dana will take a little more time to get used to other cats based on what has been observed so far with them settling into one of the smaller rooms at the rescue.  She can be a bit of a diva when it comes to having other cats sharing her territory.  So a slow introduction would be necessary if they were to go home to any other cats.          They would do best with no dogs where they are very afraid of them, and older children would be ok for them.
