Hi, I'm Pepper!     I was rescued with my brothers and sister when we were a teeny bottle babies and we have been growing big and strong with our foster mama. I am a very playful little boy and I love toys that roll and jingle but mostly, I love to play with my siblings.        I am the sweetest little panther and I love to cuddle with my human and take long naps.  I also like to chase everything not nailed down around the house. My favorite is hair ties but I am not picky. ;o)   My adoption fee includes my vaccines to date, my rabies vaccine (when I am old enough), microchip and neuter surgery. And if you have enough love in your home, OCAS offers BOGO so you get twice the love for the same adoption fee.
