Meet sweet Magnolia! Magnolia is one of the dogs that came to OBHR from the dreadful hoarding situation and she is now doing fantastic and ready for a new forever home! Magnolia has been spayed and she had to have several teeth removed as her mouth was just a hot mess! She also had a cyst that was removed and biopsied, which is why she was not posted earlier, we wanted to make sure everything was OK and the final lab work came in today and she is in the clear!   Magnolia is in a foster home in the Columbus area and is doing great with the other resident dogs! There is a cat in the home and she is not mean to the cat but she really really really wants to play with that cat! And luckily the cat is dog savvy and we are having no issues! So if you have a cat, she will probably be OK after she settles down and gets to know the cat, As long as the cat is willing to lay down the law and help her realize that she is meant to be a big sister! Magnolia is estimated to be around five years old, however her age is kind of hard to guess because her teeth were just so horrendous! She will need a home with a fenced in yard and a couch that she can call her own so she can retire in Luxury! Once submitted one of our volunteers will reach out to you. Upon approval you will be given an approval code to email us at ohbassetrescue@yahoo.com. Approvals are good for 6 months for any current or future dogs. After 6 months you will be directed to fill out an updated application. Please note we only process applications where the adopter lives in OH, IN, KY, PA, WV, lower MI. Adopters must be willing to travel to meet the dog they are adopting. Dogs locations are listed on their profile description on our website. Dogs are NOT all located in Brookville, that is our mailing address. Please understand we are all volunteers and will respond as soon as we can as we all have jobs and family obligations.
