He rides quietly in the car, walks well on a leash, settles nicely in his crate, and enjoys the company of other dogs and kids alike. Ash believes every toy deserves to be played with, every treat deserves to be eaten, and every day deserves a little fun. His easygoing nature makes him the kind of dog who can fit into many different homes. His roots are a true mixed-breed masterpiece. Mom is a pittie mix, Dad is a 35-pound boxer-lab mix, and somewhere in that wonderfully tangled family tree came Ash. Along with his siblings, he is a rainbow of doggie colors, rooted in love and covered in bark. Now all he needs is a forever family to help him write the next chapter of his story. The adoption fee is $400, which covers vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.
