Description

Meet Gordon! Gordon is a 6‑month‑old kitten who came to us as an owner surrender when he became ill and could no longer provide the medical care he needed. He arrived with his two brothers, and all three are overflowing with affection. This boy is a shoulder cat in training. He is absolutely not shy about getting up close and personal. If you walk by his kennel, he’ll scream for attention, throw himself against the bars, and do everything short of writing you a love letter to make sure you notice him. Once you open the door, he’s ready to climb, cuddle, and soak up every bit of affection you’re willing to give.Gordon is playful, social, and would thrive in a home with other cats, cat‑friendly dogs, and kids. He does have some old scarring on his eyes, but it doesn’t slow him down at all — he plays, eats, explores, and enjoys life just like any other kitten. If you’re looking for a loving, animated little guy who wants to be right there with you, Gordon is ready to go home. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
