A SWEET & SHY YOUNG LADY: Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 25 lbs. Hello—I’m Peach! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and I’m so happy to be soaking up all the love and attention from the wonderful volunteers. I don’t remember my past, but I came in with some fears that I’m working on overcoming. What I do know is that I’m ready for a fresh start with a loving and gentle family who will help me learn how special I am and give me the forever love I deserve. I've been selected to participate in the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience off-site and will be working on gaining some confidence as well as learning a lot and having fun! Please inquire at 770-272-6888 to find out when I'm available to meet. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and though I wasn’t quite ready to play with them, I was interested and just a bit nervous, but I did not show any aggression, so if you have a nice dog at home already, let’s meet! I’ll be spending more time with other dogs in the off-site training program, so an update will be coming. / Cats unknown. / I met some children at Mostly Mutts and was a bit afraid of their movements. I think kids 10+ years old who will be calm with me could work, so let’s meet if you have gentle children like this!       • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a shy and timid girl, but underneath my initial fears is a sweet, loving, and friendly personality waiting to shine. Though initially shy, once I started feeling more comfortable, I showed my playful side by jumping around and doing an adorable little spin! I’m also a snuggly, cute girl who will warm up with patience and reassurance. Because my fears can make me a flight risk, please help me stay safe and secure while I continue learning that I’m loved and cared for. / Energy level: 4-6, this may increase as I grow more confident and comfortable.     • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program off-site and have already mastered the ‘sit’ command and I look forward to learning more. Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / I’m doing well on the shelter schedule with very few accidents, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home too.     • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love cuddling with the nice volunteers, playing with toys, and I’m sure we’ll discover lots more things we will enjoy doing together once I’ve settled into my new home! / Loud noises and faster type movements scare me. I also wouldn’t want to be rushed into new situations, so please give me some extra TLC and time. Like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m looking for a gentle, loving family that will continue to help me blossom and will cherish me forever! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
