Adoption Donation: $150 Meet Marvin! This dapper tuxedo gentleman is dressed to impress and seeking a forever home where he can hang up his stray-life shoes for good. Marvin is a shy, sweet soul who’s still learning that humans can be pretty wonderful. With a little patience (and maybe a few tasty treats), he’s starting to trust and show his gentle side. Marvin enjoys the company of other cats, appreciates a cozy cat bed, and has recently discovered that catnip toys are basically the best invention ever. He has perfect litter box manners and will happily accept soft, gentle pets once he feels safe. As a senior boy, Marvin is hoping to spend his golden years in a calm, loving home where he can take things at his own pace and blossom into the loyal companion he’s meant to be. Do you have a quiet spot and a kind heart to share? Marvin is crossing his paws and hoping the answer is yes! All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are recommended. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family. Animal House Shelter cannot guarantee the breeds of the adoptable animals. The animals are posted on the website as the breed or breed mix based on their physical characteristics they most resemble.
