Brandy is a sweet, small doodle mix who is hoping her stay at the shelter is a short one. She arrived as a stray alongside Whiskey, who we believe may be her brother. They came to us together, and we are still learning more about both of them as they settle into their new surroundings.Brandy has been friendly with the people she has met so far, but because she is still new to the shelter, we are giving her time to come out of her shell and show us her personality. There is still plenty to discover about this little girl, but we already know she is a friendly face who deserves a chance at a loving home.If you have been looking for a smaller companion with an adorable doodle look and a sweet personality, Brandy may be the girl for you. Come meet her and give this little stray a chance to show you just how special she can be!If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog's better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.The Adoption Fee Includes:- initial canine distemper combination vaccination- first worming or stool check- rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)- 24 PetWatch microchipping- flea treatment/preventative- spaying or neutering-heartworm testingAdoption fee: $175.00Per state law chapter 25.4, adopters must purchase a non-refundable 2024 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older.
