Currently located at our Owensboro, KY location  Halsey is a female kitten born in late May 2026. Halsey's big golden eyes and slightly disheveled medium hair coat may remind you of a disgruntled owl, but let us assure you that she is indeed a very sweet kitten. After being found as a stray, she has spent the last few weeks in a foster home learning about that great indoor cat life that an owl just wouldn't appreciate. There are cat TREES and catnip MICE... well, bad examples maybe. How about Halsey's perfect litterbox usage? An owl could never! Halsey has been around dogs and pre-teens. She would love a home with another feline friend and lots of cat toys. She's pretty quiet, not HOOTing or hollering, except when it's close to meal times. Then with a polite meow, she will escort you to her food bowl.
