Description
Hitch (AL) is a 3monthold male Border Collie/Aussie Shepherd mix — or possibly a tiny genius disguised as a puppy — and he is absolutely convinced he’s the main character of your future. With his perfectly positioned black mask over each eye, Hitch looks like he’s moonlighting as a superhero or preparing to rob a bank of belly rubs. He is, without exaggeration, a very handsome guy who knows exactly how good he looks and uses it to his advantage every single minute of the day. But here’s the twist in his origin story: Hitch is still a bit unsure of his new situation. He’s timid at first, taking in the world with those masked eyes and trying to figure out who’s safe, who’s kind, and where he fits. He may need a little time to adjust — a gentle hand, a patient heart, and a home that understands that even superheroes get nervous when they land somewhere new. Once he realizes he’s safe, though? The sparkle comes out. The wiggles begin. The dramatic bellyflops return in full force. He’s wonderful with kids and adults and carries himself with the flair of a puppy who believes destiny has chosen him for greatness… he just needs a moment to believe it himself. Hitch agreed to a mani/pedi and an ear bath without any complaints! Hitch specializes in soulful stares, cautious curiosity, and joyful bursts of confidence that appear once he knows he’s loved. Hitch’s adoption fee is $650.
