Description

Thelma is a 5 month old Border Collie pup from the Devore shelter.  She and her sister Louise are sweet, happy, friendly dogs.  Thelma had a great time in a short-term foster situation with another dog. She warmed right up to the foster family as well. Thelma is chipped, up to date on vaccines and will go to her new home on a spay contract.
