Poor Penny was left behind when her owner went to prison. We hope to find her a wonderful family that will give her the love and security that she didn't have before. Penny is a 2-year-old, 30 lb, fully grown Heeler mix with the sweetest, most loving personality! She can be a little unsure when meeting someone new, but once she realizes you're a friend, her sweet personality quickly comes out. Penny is playful, affectionate, and gets along great with other dogs. She will bark at cats, but has never shown any aggression toward them—just a little barking to let them know she sees them!
