Rex & Roy — Twice the Love, One Very Special Bond ❤️ Some dogs find their person. Rex and Roy found each other. These two sweet boys are a truly bonded pair, and after six months in our care, we can say with confidence that they are every bit as special as they look in their photos. Rex , a 4-year-old Pit mix, and Roy , an 8-year-old Husky mix, are affectionate, lovable companions who share an incredible friendship. They are happiest together, whether they’re relaxing side by side, enjoying attention, or simply keeping each other company. Roy is the older, laid-back gentleman of the pair, while Rex brings a little younger energy to the partnership. Together, they balance each other beautifully. They have become very loved members of the Everglades Angels family, but what they need now is something we cannot give them at the rescue: a home and family of their own. We know adopting two large dogs is a bigger commitment, but Rex and Roy come with something pretty wonderful — they already have a best friend built in. You won’t just be adopting two dogs. You’ll be giving two devoted friends the happy ending they have been waiting for. After six months of waiting, we would love nothing more than to see these sweet boys walking out our doors together, forever. Adoption Requirement: Rex & Roy must be adopted together.
