 Hello, my name is Emerson and I am 4 ½ year old, 55 lb, pretty darn near perfect hound mix. I am laid back and low maintenance. I am a very nice boy that has to give up my happy home. My mom is facing health issues. She does not want to part with me, but has no choice. I was her first time dog and she could not have asked for better. I let her trim my nails, clean my ears ,and brush my teeth! Now how many dogs are that trusting? I am also a low shedder. I am good with other dogs and children. l can handle being alone, without being upset and can be trusted loose. My owner's circumstances have changed and she feels I deserve more. That is another reason she is letting go.I am just a sweet guy, that makes friends with everyone I meet. I am a big time cuddler, who wouldn't want to do that? It is so comforting.
