Otter is a sweet 6-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs 11 pounds. This little guy is a bit timid and shy at first, but with patience and a gentle approach, we think he has so much love to give. Otter would likely thrive in a quieter home where he can feel safe and build confidence at his own pace. A family with older, respectful children could be a great fit for him. His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
