Tipsy is a 9-year-old spayed female Black & White DLH. She lost her family due to a housing issue and is now looking for a new, loving home. Tipsy is very petite, calm, and gentle, with a sweet, docile temperament. A veterinarian examined her and gave her a clean bill of health. She has some scars on her eyes, but the doctor said they are not a concern.
