Say hello to Sweet pea. This beautiful girl has spent the start of her life wandering the streets and learning how to be independent. She’s had her share of adventures, but she’s ready to leave her roaming days behind and embrace the wonderful life of a cat of leisure. Because she has had to rely on herself, she can be nervous and shy when meeting new people. Right now, she’s taking her time learning that humans can be kind, caring, and trustworthy. She’s working hard on her social skills and making progress as she prepares for the next chapter of her life. Sweet Pea is looking for someone who understands that the best relationships take a little time to grow. With a safe and loving environment, patience, and plenty of gentle encouragement, this sweet girl will continue to build her confidence and discover just how wonderful it is to be loved. Once she feels safe and secure, she will be able to let her sweet and loving personality shine.  Sweet pea arrived at the rescue with her friends Suzy Tucks, and Chaucy, and while she’d certainly love to continue her journey with one of them, she’s also happy to be adopted on her own. If you already have a friendly, social cat looking for a new best friend, Sweet pea could be the purr-fect match. All this little adventurer needs is a safe home, a patient heart, and someone willing to cheer her on as she discovers just how wonderful forever can be. She may have started life as a little street adventurer, but she’s ready for her happily-ever-after and a cozy spot to call her own.
