Hi, I’m Lacie. I’m a sweet girl with a big heart and quite the story to tell. I spent much of my life on the streets, where I learned to be independent and take care of myself. I’ve had plenty of adventures, but I’m so thankful to have been rescued, and now I’m ready for the best adventure of all: finding my forever home. I’m an affectionate kitty who loves being around my humans and soaking up attention. Because I had to be so independent for so long, I’m not usually a fan of being held, but I absolutely adore chin scratches and gentle affection. I’m learning more and more that people can be trusted, and I’ve even started cuddling when I feel safe and secure. With a little time, patience, and lots of love, I know I’ll continue to blossom and show you just how much love I have to give. And when you come home, I’ll happily greet you with a sweet little meow to let you know I’m very happy you’re back. I’m more of a laid-back lady than a wild-and-crazy playgirl. I’d much rather curl up beside you while you read your favorite book or watch your favorite show. Just give me a cozy spot, some chin scratches, and a little companionship, and I’ll be one happy kitty.
