Meet Chip!   Little Chip is one of the precious babies from our C Litter, born to their sweet mama, Caramel. Their story began under heartbreaking circumstances when Caramel was abandoned at a Dallas apartment complex after her family moved away, leaving her behind to give birth and care for her 10 tiny puppies alone in the brutal Texas heat.   When help finally arrived, Caramel was extremely thin and depleted, but somehow she had continued giving everything she had to keep her babies safe and fed. Thanks to her devotion and a wonderful foster home, Chip and his siblings are now healthy, growing and thriving.   At 3 weeks old, Chip is beginning to discover the world around him. He’s an adorable little boy with the sweetest face, and we’re excited to watch his personality emerge over the next several weeks.   Chip is now available for pre-adoption and will be ready to join his forever family on September 19th .   Learn more about Chip, including his adoption fee and application information, at TexasACR.org
