Meet Cooper!   Handsome little Cooper is one of our C Litter puppies, born to their beautiful mama, Caramel. Their story didn’t have the easiest beginning. Caramel was abandoned at a Dallas apartment complex when her family moved away, leaving her behind to give birth and care for her 10 tiny babies in the brutal Texas heat.   When help finally arrived, Caramel was extremely thin and depleted, but somehow she had continued giving everything she had to keep her puppies safe and fed. She has been an incredible mama from the very beginning.   Now 3 weeks old, Cooper is healthy, growing and starting to discover the world around him. He’s an adorable little boy, and we’re excited to watch his personality emerge over the next few weeks.   Cooper is now available for pre-adoption and will be ready to join his forever family on September 19th.   Learn more about Cooper, including his adoption fee and application information, at TexasACR.org
