Meet Bucky. This sweet, gentle giant thought he had finally found his forever home last year. Instead, his world shattered when his family broke apart, and neither his mother nor his father wanted him anymore. He was left behind like an unwanted piece of baggage, confused and waiting by the shelter door for a family that is never coming back. Please, don’t let him spend another night believing he isn't worthy of love. He cannot bear to be abandoned again.  Bucky is 100lbs of love. Despite his size, he is a gentle spirit with a soft heart.  He can be dominant in situations with other male dogs, so we would require a meet and greet with other dogs prior to adoption to ensure everyone gets along. We do not know how he feels about cats.  Easy to walk, friendly, with just the right amount of affection sprinkled in to his personality. Wanna walk around the block? Bucky’s down for that. Or maybe it’s a movie on the couch with a snack kind of day? Bucky will grab the chips and meet you in the living room. He’s easy going and ready for his forever home.
