She recently came back into our care with Alfie, Maisie, and Simba after sad and unexpected life changes in her home. Tabitha can be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she is wonderfully affectionate. Her foster describes her as a girl who will settle in close, ask for pets, and purr with her whole heart once she trusts you. She may not be the first cat to run up and introduce herself in a new environment, but she absolutely wants love. Tabitha just needs a little time to feel safe before she lets that side of herself shine. Tabitha would do best with a patient adopter who appreciates quiet affection and understands how rewarding it can be when a shy-to-start cat chooses you.
