After spending years in a loving home, she recently came back into our care with Alfie, Simba, and Tabitha. Maisie was the last of the four to be safely found, so we expected her to need a little extra time to feel secure. She is doing well in foster care. She is exploring and is settling in quite well with the group. Maisie can be shy to start, but she is not a cat who wants to be overlooked. Once she feels safe, she shows that she enjoys comfort, routine, and attention. She just needs someone patient enough to let her get there. Maisie would do best in a calm, loving home with someone who understands that adult cats sometimes need time before they show their full personality. She has already been through a lot of change and deserves a soft, steady place to land.
