Joey is an approximately two-year-old neutered male Cocker Spaniel with energy to burn and a lot of love to give. He would thrive with an active adult only family and a secure, fenced-in yard where he can run and play. He wouldn’t be happy in a busy city, instead he shine best in a quieter setting. Right now, Joey is being fostered in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, living with two female dogs, and he gets along well with them.
