Ramon

Description

Ramon is a big kitten with a big personality!  His dreamy green & gold eyes and mix of white & grey tabby markings draw you in—and his sweet, goofy confidence are endearing.  This kitty lives to love and be loved. His curiosity and interest are obvious: Ramon often tilts his head from one side to another as he examines his surroundings—so funny!  He is affectionate, approachable, and interactive—with people and with his environment--using soft paws to explore, rather than claws.  He loves to play, especially with humans, though he can easily amuse himself with toys, your sock, cardboard, whatever: He’s easy to please.    Ramon likes to be picked up and held like a baby—then stretch out, dangling his head and legs from your arms.  He is affectionate with all kinds of people, as well as other cats & kittens, as long as he has a minute to warm up.  Ramon needs a home where he can enjoy feline as well as human companionship.  He feels fine about using his brother as a couch (as pictured below), or hopping into your lap for a belly rub and nap. This kitty loves to talk about everything, usually starting from the moment he wakes up.  When he’s startled, Ramon might run away, but will return to inspect the commotion in no time! well-mannered.  He’d likely do well in a home with older children who can more easily accommodate his need to get used to new people & places. He goes into a carrier easily and is calm during human grooming (nail-clipping and brushing).  He seeks out feline grooming from his foster’s resident cat or his littermates.  Ramon always keeps it tidy with his litterbox, though he enjoys digging from time to time!  He likes to supervise the scooping—he doesn’t interfere, just makes sure you’re doing it right! His energy level is fairly moderate, with power bursts.  Ramon loves to climb: He’d prefer the tallest possible shelf, cat tower—or both, ideally.  Life will never be boring with Ramon: You may not see him sleep in the same place twice—except for nightly cuddling up with you!
