Meet Birdie, a 2½-year-old, 20-pound Pug with a whole lot of personality packed into one adorable little package! Birdie is your classic happy-go-lucky Pug—sweet, silly, and always ready to be wherever her people are. She loves playing with toys, especially fetch, but her favorite activity is simply hanging out with her humans. She’ll happily follow you around as your little shadow.Birdie is very friendly, rides well in the car, and has good leash manners. She’s crate trained and quiet in her crate, and she’s making good progress with house training with regular breaks. She isn’t particularly vocal, although she may throw in a playful bark when she’s having fun.Birdie does well with other dogs and is respectful of their space, though she can be a little timid around pushy, high-energy pups. With her low energy level, a couple of daily walks and some playtime are plenty to keep her happy.If you’re looking for a sweet, funny little companion who just wants to be your sidekick, Birdie might be your girl! ❤️Dogs are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal. Applications may take up to 48 hours to process. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
