Sweet William's story: He was found as a stray, a large tom cat who has had it rough on the streets. His full of old scars that tell more about his life than we ever could. William is also the sweetest, most relaxed cat you will meet. He is just here to get love and have a full belly and is looking for a home he can settle down into. William has FIV, a lifelong immune disease, so he needs to be with other FIV cats or in a home as your one and only. William is a smart boy, and still loves to bat toys and can escape any box he gets into.   If you’d like to meet William, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a meet with an approved adopter! You can also meet William at our weekly adoption event every Saturday 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at PetSmart Eastgate. Our cats are fully vetted and we require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccines. We will not send cats to home where they will be declawed as it is a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are all spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed, and microchipped.
