Regular brushing is essential to prevent matting and tangles, as well as to remove loose hair and debris. In addition, Bichons need regular baths to keep their coat clean and free of dirt and odors. Professional groomers recommend scheduling grooming appointments every 4-6 weeks to maintain your Bichon’s coat.
