MEET PETUNIA - NOW ACCEPTING ADOPTION APPLICATIONS! Meet Petunia , a beautiful 4-year-old French Bulldog who is ready to start looking for the forever family she deserves. Petunia is a 30 lb spayed female , white with tan markings. She is up to date on her vaccines and has received a veterinary checkup. Petunia came to our rescue with fear reactivity after an unstable past . We may never know everything she experienced before coming to us, but we do know one thing: this girl has made incredible progress. ❤️ Petunia is currently living with our behavior specialist, who works with our rescue dogs to help them build confidence, trust, and the skills they need to succeed in their future homes. And Petunia is doing GREAT! ✨ She is regaining her confidence and learning to trust people ✨ She is crate trained ✨ Her silly, playful personality is starting to shine ✨ She is learning that people can be safe, kind, and fun ✨ She continues to make progress every day We don’t know much about Petunia’s previous experiences with other dogs. She is currently around other dogs who are also in training, and we believe she may be able to successfully live with other dogs in the future with proper introductions, guidance, and continued training. Petunia is still in training , so she isn’t looking for just any home. She is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time and who is willing to continue helping her become the confident girl we know she can be. ❤️ The best part? Her training comes with her adoption at NO additional cost beyond her adoption fee. Her adopter won’t be doing this alone.
