Description

`Silly` Billy is a delightful little guy. When he came in, he was skin and bones and a little shy. He's now a lanky little shadow with unlimited energy. The quickest way to his heart is play and fun. He loves chasing balls, wands and strings. He is still a little shy around new people, but when he knows you’re willing to be his playmate, he'll respond to cuddles with loud purring.
