Rogue - Female DOB 12/6/2024 Domestic Short Hair - Black Meet Rogue - this panther beauty has sleek black fur with a tiny white chest patch, and a whole lot of personality. She’s not just a cat — she’s a daily‑task assistant, a playtime enthusiast who’s ready for her forever home. Rogue is wonderfully interactive. She loves to ride on shoulders, “help” you do your hair, supervise whatever you’re working on, and chat with you about her opinions. She’s a talker, a chaser, and a rough‑and‑tumble player who brings joy and comedy into every room. She’s also incredibly affectionate. When she’s not zooming, pouncing, or investigating, she wants to be part of your world — right next to you, on top of you, or following you from room to room. Rogue is an FIP survivor, undergoing weeks of treatment and monitoring and is now among our miracle survivors.  FIP is no longer a death sentence for kitties, and is treatable when caught in its early stages.  "Warrioress" is the perfect term for Rogue.  FuRRR has treated a number of cats with success that were diagnosed with FIP. Rogue has a chronic watery eye that has been evaluated by our veterinarian, and she is determined to be healthy despite an occasional flareup of an upper respiratory infection, which does not happen often, and when it does, it typically responds quickly to appropriate medication. Keeping her environment as stress free and happy will be a big factor in controlling her flareups. If you’re looking for a kitty who’s equal parts lovey, playful, and hilariously involved in your life, Rogue is your girl. Rogue loves the company of other cats and would love to go home with her foster bestie Trixie, who is also an FIP survivor, but she would also be happy going home to another fun, active cat, but it would be best for her to not go home to any senior cats.
