Description

Nico is an 8-month-old Lab/Great Dane mix who originally came to us from Georgia and quickly won everyone over with his snuggly, heart‑melting personality. He’s full of puppy energy, curiosity, and that wiggly enthusiasm that makes every day brighter, and he loves being close to his people — under your feet, beside your legs, or tucked right against your hip.He recently returned to us through no fault of his own after his previous owner faced unexpected health issues and wanted Nico to have the home and support he deserves. During his time away, he completed a board‑and‑train program with one of our partner rescues and did wonderfully; now at around 8 months old, he’s grown into a massive, playful, well‑mannered boy who still thinks he’s small enough to fit in your lap.Nico is great with dogs and kids, and he’d likely do well with a dog‑savvy cat who understands puppy energy. He’s overflowing with affection, loyalty, and warmth, and he’s ready for a family who can embrace his big body, bigger heart, and endless love.Adoption Fees are waived throughout August due to Maryland 3000 and Clear the Shelters!
