Say hello to Blondie, a 2-year-old Pit Bull with a whole lot of love, life, and spunk to share!Blondie is the kind of girl who seems to make a new best friend everywhere she goes. She absolutely loves people and is happiest when she’s getting attention, affection, and spending time with her humans. Her fun-loving personality and zest for life are impossible to miss!Blondie also does wonderfully with other dogs. She loves to wrestle, romp, and play, especially with dogs who can match her energy and enthusiasm. As with any dog, slow and appropriate introductions are recommended. We haven’t seen any concerning reactions to cats from Blondie, but because her history with them is unknown, slow introductions and supervision are recommended.Blondie is currently heartworm positive, but don’t let that fool you—this girl isn’t letting anything dim her sparkle! Macomb County Animal Control is handling her heartworm treatment and making sure she receives the best care possible. She has plenty of love and life left to give, and we’re committed to helping her get healthy and ready for her next chapter.Like any young, energetic dog, Blondie will need a family who is willing to help her learn. She has lots of energy and is still working on her manners. She can be an enthusiastic girl who needs some guidance, patience, and consistency.
