Ginger (A143034) is a 9-month-old shepherd x pyrenees x pit bull x heeler mix who weighed over 40 lbs at intake!08/08/26 This super sweet and cuddly girl is Ginger! Ginger was brought to the shelter because she was not fitting in well with the kiddo in the home. It is unclear what motivated Ginger to dislike the toddler, but it is probably best she goes to a home without small children. Ginger was said to do well with other dogs. However, she likes to chase cats. Her next home should be cat-free as well. Ginger was said to be kennel trained and housebroken. She is gentle when playing and knows some basic commands, but she needs some help with her manners, as she has been known to jump on people.
