General info
Description
Notes from foster :Meet Spirit (although his formal name around the foster home is Chonkers.)He inherited his mom's adorable white-tipped tail, which is especially convenient because Chonkers considers chasing that tail an excellent recreational activity.Spirit has been playful from the beginning. He was the first kitten to discover how much fun it was to flip, roll, and play independently, and he remains the most self-contained of the kittens. He can happily invent his own entertainment, particularly if blankets and pillows are available for digging, burrowing, and hiding. He loves playing hide-and-seek around his foster, and despite having access to actual kitten toys, one of his absolute favorites is wonderfully low-tech: a paper towel waved in front of his face.Spirit gets along with all of his siblings but is especially well matched with Perseverance(A1409203). The two boys love playing together and would make an excellent pair for someone interested in adopting two kittens.Spirit has been handled continuously since approximately five days old and is exceptionally comfortable with people. He is accustomed to being picked up, carried, repositioned, touched all over, and played with by human hands. Fast hands and invasive handling don't worry him. He regularly rolls onto his back, exposes his belly for play and belly rubs, and has even learned to comfortably ride around on his foster's shoulder. He responds confidently to visitors and strangers and is highly food motivated, especially when Churu is involved. He is also thoroughly accustomed to household noise, including the Roomba, washing machine, shower and running water, fans, and other large appliances.Spirit is a confident, goofy, playful kitten who is equally capable of wrestling with Perseverance or inventing his own game under a blanket. And yes, he will probably continue chasing that little white-tipped tail.Best buddy: Perseverance (A1409203).
