Mocha is an adorable senior Chihuahua, approximately 10 years old and weighing just 7 pounds. Don’t let his tiny size or age fool you—this little guy still has plenty of personality! Mocha came into rescue needing a little medical TLC. He had a cyst on his side that was thankfully benign and successfully removed, along with some significant dental disease that needed attention. Now he’s feeling better and ready to find a family of his own. Mocha is a happy, friendly little guy who enjoys people and does well with other dogs. He can be a bit bossy—apparently 7 pounds is more than enough to be in charge! We do not recommend a home with cats. He’s also doing great with potty training and is proving that senior dogs can absolutely learn new routines. Mocha would be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a small, affectionate dog with a big personality. At around 10 years old, he deserves a comfortable home, plenty of love, and someone who appreciates a Chihuahua who knows exactly what he wants.  Mocha’s adoption fee is $215.
