He is a medium energy guy who loves running with other dogs in the yard, chewing on toys, and stealing the toy in a good game of keep away. He would be a wonderful fit for a patient home ready to give him the time and space to come out of his shell on his own terms.Rex likes to observe before jumping into play but warms up quickly and has blossomed into a wonderful playmate at doggy daycare where the staff absolutely adore him. A patient canine companion who will let him set the pace would be his ideal match. He has not been around cats but his sweet and submissive nature suggests he would likely do just fine with proper introductions. His gentle personality would do best with dog-savvy kids who can give him a little space as he settles in.Rex is a smart, lanky boy who is still growing into those long legs and may occasionally stretch himself right off the couch, which is as endearing as it sounds. He is fully crate trained and settles in throughout the day and overnight without any issues. He is fully house trained and does great on a consistent daily routine. He walks well on leash and is building confidence in new environments with each outing.This sweet, gentle boy is blossoming more every single day and is ready to find a forever family to call his own.
