Franklin is a 1 year old Alaskan Husky mix with a friendly personality, a fun-loving spirit, and some seriously handsome good looks! His unique Husky markings make him one of a kind, but it’s his joyful nature that really makes him special. Franklin is a fairly active boy who loves a good run and playtime in the park - and when he’s having fun, just watch for his adorable tail curl, showing you exactly how happy he is! He also enjoys greeting the other dogs in nearby pens while he’s out in the park, as well as exploring sights and smells. If you’re looking for a fun companion to share adventures, loyalty, and lots of love, come meet Franklin. He’s ready to find a family of his very own! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
