Description
Meet Cooper (5-6 years old) Cooper is the sweetest dog. He LOVES people and enjoys cuddling with his people more than anything. He is very demanding when it comes to getting attention, so keep this in mind if you have other dogs, because his happy place is on your lap. Cooper is used to going out for a potty break in a fenced back yard. He is so smart, so we think he will learn to walk on a leash over time. Cooper is a Maltese who weights around 8 pounds. He came from a puppy mill. He was neutered and had a complete dental, losing seven teeth. Cooper is so sweet he could be a therapy dog.
