Meet Bandit – A Little Heeler with a Lot of Personality Bandit is a 2-month-old Heeler mix who weighs 5 pounds and is a playful, curious puppy ready to find his forever family. He may be a little less nippy than his sister, Bingo, but he's still a Heeler puppy with plenty of energy, personality, and herding instincts. Like any young puppy, Bandit is still learning the basics and will need continued guidance with house training, manners, and appropriate play. He'll thrive with a family who understands the Heeler breed and is prepared to help him grow into a confident, well-mannered adult. Because he may display typical herding behaviors, older children who can understand and appropriately handle puppy antics would be the best fit. Bandit is looking for a family ready for all the fun, training, and puppy adventures that come with raising a young dog. With patience, consistency, and plenty of love, this little guy is sure to become a wonderful lifelong companion. His minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
