Welcome Picasso (affectionately called Archie by his new foster family)! Aptly named after arriving to the shelter covered in paint, not to mention his beautiful merle coat - he’s a living, breathing work of art. This 1Y, 35lb border collie boy will wrap his paws around your whole body and put you under his charming spell. According to his foster family he is fast, smart, very good and kind receiving treats, loves hugs and everyone, not aggressive at all and gets along with our dogs, knows how to sit with a treat, and loves food (which is good because he probably needs to gain a few lbs). Oh, he also LOVES playing in water. We can infer that he’s likely never been allowed indoors, so he has some new territory to conquer but he’s a smart boy and quick learner - he’ll pick up the routine quickly and probably LOVE being a part of all the action. Picasso is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. Cats, critters, livestock unknown at this time.
