Description

Chase's journey began when he was discovered riding in a vehicle that had been towed. This handsome 7-month-old, 38-pound pittie mix is ready to find a family that's forever. He’s a bit shy when meeting new people, but give him a little patience and he'll quickly become affectionate and playful. This smart pup already knows sit, is learning stay, paw, and down, and is highly food motivated, making training a breeze. He's mostly potty trained with a consistent schedule and walks nicely on leash. Chase isn't a fan of being left alone in his crate yet, so he'll need a family committed to helping him build confidence through gradual training and positive reinforcement. Around other dogs, Chase is polite and a bit submissive at first, but his playful puppy side comes out once he's comfortable. He's also doing well with the resident dog-savvy cat in his foster home.
