Hi!  My name is Jake and I am looking for a forever home.  I was picked up wandering down a deserted rural road by a nice lady who actually ended up overseeing a dog prison program.  She took me there while she tried to find my owner and I started learning some pretty cool stuff.  After she was unsuccessful in finding where I might belong, she contacted BCAA to see if they could help me and they said yes ... yeah!  I appear to be some type of small terrier mix (under 15lbs) about 2 years old with lots of the terrier energy and love they are known for.  I love everyone I meet and everyone seems to love me back as they can't help but smile at my winning ways!  I have also gotten along with all of the other small dogs I have met and so far have just shown some interest in the cats.  I have done well in my crate without any accidents or tearing up of my bedding; however, I would much prefer to be out and about with you and if I hear or see you, I will let you know not to forget about me.  I'm also good on leash as I love, love, love going on adventures.  If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at www.bcaaofnj.org.
