Meet Charlie Charlie is a tiny 6-lb senior Chihuahua with a whole lot of love packed into one little body. He may be fresh out of teeth, but he’s certainly not fresh out of personality! His gummy little smile doesn’t slow him down one bit.Charlie is incredibly sweet and gentle, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is happiest just chilling with his person.He’s looking for a soft place to land, a cozy lap, and someone to love him through his golden years. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.Please have patience. We do not have any paid staff members. Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours.
