Meet Chip! He is 6 months old and weighs 32 pounds. He has a slender build and the cutest floppy ears. He was the last of his litter in a rural shelter, all by himself. We have no idea how he was still there since he is so cute and such a sweet boy. He is great with other dogs and wants to play if they do. He is doing great adusting to life in a home with his foster family. He is working on his indoor manners and learning fast. His foster family says he is very smart. He definitely has characteristics and herding instincts like a border collie. More pictures and information will be added as he adjusts to his new life!
